WE'RE OUT TAPPING THE TREES
The 2007 season has ended. Watch for events next year from the end of February to the end of March.
SYRUP PRODUCTION
Syrup production season has just ended but our trails and sugarhouse and Indian Village are open. Spring and summer here in the Enchanted Mountains offer spectacular views. Come and enjoy the day.
The season's production was a little lighter this year as the weather just did not cooperate for the great sap runs we have had the past couple of years. But as always, we continue to have our fresh syrup and all our maple products available in the Gift Shop and Nature Center as well as many menu items that feature our award winning maple syrup. The Restaurant is open from 8:00am - 8:00pm Sunday through Thursday and 8:00am -9:00pm Friday and Saturday.
MAPLE WEEKEND
MARCH 17 & 18
Maple in the Mountains weekends ended on April 1. As customary, when weather permitted our evaporators were operating at the authentic old-fashioned sugarhouse and there tree tapping demonstrations, sugar on snow parties, maple cotton candy, and activities for the kids made for old-fashioned fun for all.
Watch for information regarding these events next year. Thanks to all who were able to join us and make this annual event a great success.
SPRAGUE'S ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT!
Thanks to all who made our 2007 Easter Egg Hunt a success. The weather was cold and snowy but many braved the elements and still had a good time. We were joined by the Easter Bunny, Moose and Bear.
Over 1500 eggs were available to be found and special prizes were awarded. we all had a great time!
Be sure to join us in 2008.
FALL FOLIAGE
Sprague's Maple Farms location offers year round natural beauty. Walk on our trails to the sugarhouse where you will have more opportunity to experience the picturesque view. This is definitely a photo opportunity!
GROUP EVENTS
We offer special menu selections for groups of 20 or more. Reservations for groups are accepted Monday through Thursday. Tour of the facility may be available. For more information call (716) 933-6637 and ask for Reservations.
